Delivery Service

We offer two types of delivery service to our customers:

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

FREE UK Mainland Delivery is offered on all orders over ?500, or ?19 for orders below (some exceptions may apply to certain territories).

We use a variety of delivery partners and will select the best one for you based on your location and the items you have ordered.

Orders will be delivered to the doorstep of your delivery address.

2 Man Premium Delivery

Priced at ?59, this option allows our customers to benefit from a two man team delivering your items into a room of your choice at your delivery address.

If you're within a 50 mile radius of our Ipswich store, our own full time professional delivery staff; will deliver, unpack, install and site your furniture to any given room provided sufficient access is granted.

Area Surcharges

We try to offer delivery to as much of the UK as possible. Unfortunately, due to the high surcharges made to us by the delivery firms we can?t offer this to the whole of the UK.

*A surcharge may be applied to the following postcodes: BT, AB, DD, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW PA, PH, ZE

Non-UK mainland locations will also incur a surcharge and are quoted on a case by case basis to ensure we get the best price possible for you.

We will always work to keep any surcharge to an absolute minimum for our customers.
